*Grievances of non-receipt of coin should be brought to the notice of concern department within ninety days from the date of order. The Mint will not be responsible for the delay or loss of the coin sets dispatched by post and the claim for substitute coin sets will not be undertaken unless and until the postal authorities refund the insured amount.
