The holy shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi is tucked into a beautiful, ancient cave high up on the sacred Trikoota Mountain, which can be reached from Katra town in Jammu. As per the legend, Mata had incarnated as a beautiful princess in Treta Yuga as a Shakti of Mother Parvati, Saraswati and Lakshmi for the welfare of mankind. She performed penances in the cave on Trikuta Mountain. When the time came, her body merged into the astral form of the three divine energies; Mahakali, Mahalakshmi and Mahasaraswati.  The holy and blessed shrine of Vaishno Mata is one of the rare Shakti Peethas or abode of supreme power in the Indian subcontinent.

Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board was set up in August 1986. The Shrine Board has continuously strived hard to provide all possible facilities to the Devotees visiting the Holy Cave Shrine of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji. Today the Shrine Board is recognized as one of the major service providing organization in the country. The Government of India released the commemorative coin to mark 25 years of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine board establishment.

1) Update on Customer Data:

• Customer(s) must notify us of any changes in their data within 48 hours of placing an order through email (marketing.igmh@spmcil.com)
• Changes to the shipping address will not be accommodated once the order is processed for dispatch. Any communication in this regards will not be entertained.

2) Delivery Timelines:

• Dispatch Period: Domestic: 7-10 Business days
• Delivery Period: As per standard postal procedures (India Post)
• Orders are processed in the sequence they arrive, i.e. First in – First Out. No requests for fast tracking the order(s) will be entertained

3) Grievances and Returns:

• Any complaints regarding non-receipt of coins must be reported to the concerned department within 90 days from the dispatch date.
• Returns or replacements are not feasible after 90 days from the dispatch date & any requests for the same will not be entertained.

4) Shipping loss and Refund Policy

• In case the article is lost during transit, being an Insured article, claims for refunds or replacement coin sets will be considered only after receiving the compensation amount for the lost article from the postal department
