• Once the product is ready of delivery, IGMH shall intimate the customer via email. The customer is requested to collect the product accordingly from IGM Hyderabad Cherlapally Sales Counter.
• The Government Issued ID used at the time of placing the order must be presented at the time of collecting the product from IGMH Cherlapally Sales Counter.
• Sales Counter Address: India Government Mint, IDA Phase 2, Cherlapally, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500051.

3) Grievances, Cancellation, Replacement and Refund Policy:

• Confirmed orders shall not be cancelled and no refund request shall be entertained under any circumstances.
• The value of the coin is based on the market prices of the metal and is subject to change.
