Harcourt Butler Technological Institute Kanpur was established in 1921 when the Government of United Provinces started Government Technological Institute. Harcourt Butler Technological Institute Kanpur has been known as ‘Jewel in the Crown’ of Uttar Pradesh Government as far as Technical education is concerned. Premier institutions such as IIT, Kanpur and National Sugar Institute, Kanpur were started in HBTI, Kanpur. The University offers B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MBA, MSc and Ph.D. Programs under different schools of the University and is spread across 350 acres area. The Harcourt Butler Technical University (HBTU), Kanpur is organizing centennial celebrations of its establishment on November 25, 2021. University has also produced successful entrepreneurs who have provided jobs to millions of people in India and abroad. - All Commemorative Coin are dispatched though India Post as insured parcel and India Government Mint, Kolkata does not take responsibility for lost in transit cases. However, India Government Mint, Kolkata shall make efforts in it’s capacity to resolve such matter in consultation with India Post.
2) Update on Customer Data:
- Customer(s) must notify us of any changes in their data within 24 hours of placing an order through email (marketing.igmk@spmcil.com, support@spmcil.com)
- Changes to the shipping address will not be accommodated once the order is processed for dispatch. Any communication in this regard will not be entertained.
3) Delivery timelines:

4) Grievances and Returns:
- Any complaints regarding the non-receipt of coins must be reported to the concerned department within 45 days from the dispatch date.
- Replacements are not feasible after 1 days after receipt of coin & post that any requests for the same will not be entertained.
