1) Update on Customer Data:

• Changes to the shipping address will not be accommodated once the order is processed for dispatch. Any communication in this regard will not be entertained.

2) Delivery Timelines:

• Delivery Period: As per standard postal procedures (India Speed Post)
• Orders are processed in the sequence they arrive, i.e. First in – First Out. No requests for fast-tracking the order(s) will be entertained

3) Grievances:

• Any complaints regarding non-receipt of coins must be reported to the concerned department within 30 days from the dispatch date.
• Replacements are not feasible after 30 days from the dispatch date & any requests for the same will not be entertained.
• Any Grievances and legal disputes arising will only be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata.

4) Shipping loss and Refund Policy

• In case the article is lost during transit, being an Insured article, claims for refunds or replacement coin sets will be considered only after receiving the compensation amount for the lost article from the postal department.
