1) Cancellation, Replacement and Refund Policy

• Confirmed orders shall not be cancelled and no refund request shall be entertained under any circumstances.
• The value of the coin is based on the market prices of the metal and is subject to change.
• Only replacement request of Commemorative Coin shall be considered depending on the merit of the case/reason for asking for replacement (e.g. damaged coin/packaging).
• All Commemorative Coin are dispatched though India Post as insured parcel and India Government Mint, Kolkata does not take responsibility for lost in transit cases. However, India Government Mint, Kolkata shall make efforts in it’s capacity to resolve such matter in consultation with India Post.

2) Update on Customer Data:

• Customer(s) must notify us of any changes in their data within 24 hours of placing an order through email (marketing.igmk@spmcil.com, support@spmcil.com)
• Changes to the shipping address will not be accommodated once the order is processed for dispatch. Any communication in this regard will not be entertained.

3) Delivery timelines:

• Tentative Dispatch Period: around 90 working ​​days, post-payment confirmation.
• Delivery Period: As per standard postal procedures (India Post)
• Orders are processed in the order sequence as they arrive, i.e. First in – First Out. No requests for fast tracking the order(s) will be entertained

4) Grievances and Returns:

• Any complaints regarding the non-receipt of coins must be reported to the concerned department within 45 days from the dispatch date.
• Replacements are not feasible after 1 days after receipt of coin & post that any requests for the same will not be entertained.

Note–

Since, these are  old commemorative coins for online sales; we have it in limited quantity – actual condition of Coin and Packaging may vary due to ageing effect, no cases of physical damage of the coin (slight discolor/scratch on blister etc.) and primary packing material will be entertained.
