Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Vadtal, also known as “Vadtaldham,” is a prominent Hindu temple and a religious seat of Swaminarayan Sampradaya, located in Nadiad taluka of Kheda district in the state of Gujarat, India. It is one of the six significant temples of the Swaminarayan Sampradaya, founded by Bhagvan Swaminarayan in the year 1824. “Vadtaldham” is celebrating Dwi-Shatabdi Mahotsav in November 2024. “Vadtaldham” is a significant spiritual and cultural centre for millions of devotees around the world.

“Vadtaldham” is known for its stunning architectural beauty and intricate carvings. The main temple is constructed primarily from sandstone and marble, which gives an awe-inspiring sight. Along with the idol of Bhagvan Swaminarayan, other deities, including Laxmi-Narayan, Radha-Krishna, Ranchhod-rai, and Dharma-Bhakti-Vasudev, are here in this temple.

The temple complex expands over 40 acres, which includes ancillary buildings and facilities. The natural attraction of the complex is the large lake known as “Gomti,” where devotees perform religious rituals and take sacred dips. The temple complex also includes beautifully landscaped gardens, prayer halls, meditation rooms, and a museum that shows the life and teachings of Lord Swaminarayan. “Vadtaldham” celebrates each and every festival with great enthusiasm, attracting thousands of devotees from around the world.
